Tom Hall conducts the Full Chorus and Orchestra in Handel’s exhilarating work, which Handel composed just three years before he wrote “Messiah.” This biblical oratorio, based on the Old Testament, features some of the most beautiful choruses ever written. Choral Arts commemorates the 60th anniversary of the founding of Israel with this performance. A Choral Conversation with Tom Hall and other guests precedes the performance at 2 pm.
