Ticket Policy

Tickets can be purchased on our website or by phone at 410-523-7070 ext 301. Our Box Office is open Monday - Friday, 10 am to 4 pm. On concert days, door sales will be available unless otherwise stated.

BY PURCHASE OF YOUR TICKET, YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING POLICIES:

Tickets for any concert presented by Baltimore Choral Arts Society, including subscription concerts or special event concerts (ex. Christmas for Kids), can be exchanged, but are not eligible for a refund unless otherwise stated. Shipping and handling fees are not eligible for a refund.

Please consider donating your unusable tickets back to Baltimore Choral Arts for resale. Ticket donations are tax deductible. You will receive receipt for your tax-deductible contribution after the performance. Ticket donations can be made by calling 410-523-7070 ext 301, by mail at 1316 Park Ave, Baltimore, MD 21217, email at info@baltimorechoralarts.org, or in person at the performance.
